This fudge is great ! I made mine into a log like one of the other ladies did. I use many of Paulas' recipes ,sometime substitute for what I have in the pantry. If these mean spirited people do not like the way you behave on your show they do not need to watch . None of us is perfect. Keep cooking Paula, you can just laugh all the way to the bank. You can not please everyone so please yourself.

this has ever been a good one--but to cut down the excessive sweet taste, use 1/2 the butterscotch chips, substitute sour cream or plain evaporated milk for the sweetened condensed milk and ADD a PINCH of SALT and do it in the microwave. Most recipes forget that ALL candies and sweet sauces need salt!!

First off i love you and your show very much. Also like Barefoot Contessa,
Sonny Anderson, Rachael Raye, Bobby Flay, The Neeleys and Alton Brown.
Paula you are a lot of fun to watch. These folks who complain are they not
aware they can turn the channel, no one makes you watch ladies.
This recipe is so very good fun to make and so festive. Will be making it
any time of the year when I have a chocolate rush. Thanks Paula keep on
being yourself your faithful viewers love it. Like it when you have Jamie and
Bobby and your adorable husband Michael on.

The taste and texture are wonderful! To better accmondate a party format I formed "fudge logs"(like cheese logs and rolled them in crushed walnuts and diced cherries and then chilled them. They set up nicely and when set out could be nicely cut in bite size pieces. So nice to serve something different.

I substitute Andes mint chocolate pieces for the butterscotch chips. IT IS WONDERFUL!!! I love that this fudge stays soft and doesn't get hard like fudges usually do.

I love Paula. She is so entertaining. She has GREAT recipes. This recipe is wonderful!!! It seems she has a LOT of viewers since she has Paula's Home Cooking, Paula's Best Dishes, and Paula's Party. As for An, Nancy & C turn the channel if you are offended. I don't think her show is going to get cancelled unless she chooses to cancel. Remember this is not tasteavision, however if it were, I would taste it anyway. I don't think she is poison.

Paula I love your show and recipes. I sell Watkins and I think our Black Walnut or Vanilla Nut extract would be a great substitute for the vanilla.

Hi I just wanted to say that the rude way people are talking about Paula is a shame. She is such a great jolly lady. She enjoys cooking and being a show host. This was for comments for her recipes not a place to insult her. Why watch if you don't like her. I'm sure she has millions who enjoy her ways. I love all her recipes including this one. WAY TO GO PAULA!!!!!!!!
