This recipe was very easy & delicious.Although my neighborhood grocery store did not have fresh thyme, they did have fresh basil so we used that.We also melted slices of fontina cheese on top--fresh mozzerella would add a nice touch, also.I used medium Beefsteak tomatoes & they held up pretty well without getting too mushy.
