    Loved this! I will say that I added the juice of the lime that I zested. The lime just makes this dish!

    I made this and didn't love it. Just fell flat for me. Maybe some of the suggestions listed would make it better.

    Oh my goodness........so delicious. I took advice from others and only added one thing, a sliced shallot while cooking the garlic. I didn't measure my lime zest, just zested a lime and this was pure heaven. Even my picky eaters scarfed this up. Yeah Paula, something delicious and healthy. KEEPER

    It was just delicious!! I added a little red onion finely chopped to mine. After tasting this recipe, I think I will add some sliced baby bella mushrooms and some toasted pine nuts next time--yummmm! Never would have thought about pairing spinach and lime zest---but it really does work!! I just made this dish with the mushrooms and pine nuts and it is wonderful!!!

    So good! I think cooked spinach tends to taste bitter, but the lime zest cut the bitterness big time! This recipe's a keeper.
