Very Easy and very good! I paired this dish with Ina Garten's Baked Shrimp Scampi! What a delicious and crowd pleasing meal.

Great recipe, easy to make and tasty. The garlic flavor was good and not overpowering. I had to add a little extra salt, but just taste it when you're done and see if you need to add a shake of salt in. The recipe is very good, I will make this again.

Yummy we love the mashed potatoes! I added more garlic and sauteed it in butter before adding it to the potatoes so it made it just a little bit better but either way it would have been good! I will make this again! Thanks Paula!

My teenaged daughter made these as a contribution to our Thanksgiving meal this year. They were very good and so easy. She added a little extra garlic (just because we love garlic and they were gone before the cornbread stuffing! Will make these again.

I thought these were good but not amazing. They are easy and tasty though. My husband likes mashed potatoes not too whipped and fluffy so I made them a little chunky style which is not my favorite style so that's why it probably wasn't my favorite. But after the potatoes were done boiling I put them in the KitchenAid and added the ingredients and let it do it's thing! If it were up to me, I would've let that paddle go a LOT longer so I could get them fluffy!
