    So good, so easy plus the family ate 'em all up!!!

    (I only had 2 1/2 Tsp of butter on hand but still liked the consisteny and flavor with the reduced amount of butter

    I kept the skins on my potatoes, and it reminded me of the mashed potatoes from Outback. I really enjoyed this recipe. Thanks Paula, love ya' girl!

    Creamy potatoes. Added too much garlic, so added more sour cream and some whipping cream, and mellowed it out. Very tasty, no gravy needed.

    I was putting together a spontaneous chicken dinner and wanted to try a different spin on mashed spuds when I came across this recipe. Very good.......just enough garlic and a first for me to use sour cream. Even though I did cover them in gravy, that was not needed. Looking forward to using the leftovers with the roast I'm cooking for dinner tonight.........
