    So simple and so tasty. I used more garlic though - probably 1-1/2 tsp. Will definitely make again!

    DeeLish, As Usual For Paula!

    As to Escondido, CA on December 26, 2009, if one teaspoon of salt added to cooking water and s&p to taste if needed just before serving is too much salt, then you should be on a salt-free diet! If 4 tablespoons of butter is too much for this recipe, then don't add it - use the amount that you'd like! Life Can Be Simple and Easy and Happy!!!!

    I love these mashed potatoes. Garlic is one of my favorite flavors so these are right up my alley. I've alway mashed my potatoes with sour cream, and it works really well with the garlic and butter. Great side dish for any meat or chicken dish, and these potatoes don't need any gravy. Really good!
