I made this as part of my Thanksgiving lunch and it was very yummy. I used roasted garlic instead and it turned excellent. All of us enjoyed it. Thank you Paula for this recipe.

Just tried this recipe for the first time today and I LOVE it! I can't wait to serve it for dinner. Very simple recipe to follow and the garlic adds just the right kick to it. Thank you Paula! ....and a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I make this often in the winter time. For a more mild garlic flavor, saute the garlic in the butter and then add to the potatoes.

I prepared this recipe tonight for supper and my family went wild! The amount of garlic was perfect... not overpowering, and the addition of sour cream was the bomb!!!!!!!!!!! I will make reciipe time and again; a real crowd pleaser. Thanks Paula, you've done it again.

These potatoes were awesome! Just make sure you mince the garlic really well, I had a couple of really strong bites! Other than that, they were restaurant quality and just delicious.

These were very good!! I think I put too much butter in because the potatoes were pretty thin. Next time I will either measure, or put the butter in gradually. I also used garlic salt, as I did not have garlic on hand, and it was very good! Very good recipe!
