    Yesterday I was watching a video on how to make garlic mashed potatoes. It was from another Chef. Unfortunately the recipe on the video had too much stuff going,it wasn't as simple as this one . BTW- I just made this a few hours ago with some broiled steak, YUM. My husband was very impress he said it almost tasted like the one at Black Angus... : Oh, instead of using regular salt, I used garlic salt with dry parsley. Also, before I blended the garlic in, I broiled it for about 5 minutes or until they got soft and then I minced it. Good stuff! Thank you for the recipe, for sure I'll be making this again. <3

    I made these for Thanksgiving and they were a huge hit. I almost hated pouring gravy over them, but it just enhanced the flavor.

    Paula's recipe for garlic mashed potatoes is the BEST and is so EASY! My family loves them! I've been looking for an easy, but great recipe for garlic mashed potatoes and I just found it! They're EXCELLENT Paula! Thank You!

    I was looking for a quick and easy recipe that tasted good. This was it. I now make them often. Will try it with roasted garlic too. My young children love it!!

    Made these with dinner tonight. Love Paula's stuff and recently ate at the buffet in Tunica, and like the other gentleman had some WONDERFUL potatoes. Tried these...not the same, but very good...great flavor...I would use less salt next time though. Thanks Paula!
