    This cake was fabulous! It was so moist and delicious, however it did make a lot of frosting that I did not use because I thought it would be to much and make it too sweet but come to find out the only thing I would have done differently is use all the frosting next time! I will make this again, it was awesome and all my family loved it! Thanks Paula!

    You know, I don't think this recipe calls for enough leavening. While altogether tasty, I was disappointed with the final results. I followed the recipe to the "T", but the cake part came out dense, not fluffy at all. It was more like a torte than a cake. Not what I was expecting for a German Chocolate cake. I'm going to try a different recipe next time, or add more leavining to this one. At least all my guests really liked it.

    this is a wonderful cake family and friends gave it a
    5 star rating. I loved this show on Monday March 12
    with Liza. She is my favorite, so adorable thanks for
    having her on your show Paula. Two of my favorite
    personalities.

    As usual Paula comes through with another great recipe!! This one is so delicious and simple!! I didn't cook the cocnut frosting as long as the recipe said because it was coating the spoon, but should have as it was a tad runny. Didn't affect the taste or the cake!! Everyone just loved it!!

    I made this exactly according to the directions, but the filling mixture remained liquid. I could not use it for the filling. It did have a delicious taste, though.
