I made these to use as ornaments for our fist *big* tree. The delicious scent of gingerbread and pine filled the house.
I didn't count of these cookies tasting so good though. My husband kept eating them off the tree!
The only change I would make is to add a little more sugar or ice them generously.

These cookies are delicious and the icing is so good and very easy to make. Had alot of fun making it with my children. I put the icing into a tube (like paint clipped the end and that made it very easy for the kids to decorate.

I have tried to make gingerbread cookies for years and this is the first recipe that works!! They dough is easy to work with and the cookies are very tasty. I made enough to be able to share them with the young kids in my life.

Sorry Paula, but these cookies were throw aways. Way too much flour. The dough didn't come together well b/c there was so much flour. They were hard and had no flavor.

Paula these cookies were great, my family always had gingerbread cookies for christmas thanks to grandma but now that she is not with us I decided to try these and was surprised at how easy and fun these were to make thanks.

This recipe was super easy to make and they are so yummy!!! I've never made gingerbread cookies before. : I did have to double the icing recipe, tho. But that's because most of it ended up on my workspace. ;
