    I made a double batch of these cookies and they are being eaten faster than I can frost them. They are very good! Beware though, if you use a small cutter you will get many more cookies than the recipe states, and you may not have to bake them as long. Mine were ready in 8.5 minutes.

    We will definitely be making these for many Christmases to come.

    This was my first time making gingerbread cookies. I followed the recipe exactly, but for some reason I had a really tough time rolling out the dough. It kept tearing and I could only roll out enough dough to cut out one cookie at a time and even that was a struggle. The cookies tasted great but the dough was not easy to work with. Any advice?
