I made these for my mother's 50th birthday. I doubled the recipe and still was not enough, the family loved them and stuffed them down quick!

I was a little skeptical about this recipe but it was amazing when I finally made it. I took them to a party and they DISAPPEARED.

These eggs were a big surprise. Never had used chutney before until this recipe and was delighted with the outcome. The goat cheese with the chutney made for an exciting stuffed egg.
