need to double or triple marinade recipe, i doubled it and it was not enough for 3 pounds of protein....thought the marinade was ok, easy to make, but other than that no big hurrah on this one.

This is so fantastic! I used lime in place of lemon, Siracha, chipolte powder, no green peppers only red and yellow, lots more onion to marinate the flank steak and all the veggies. I marinated for 6-7 hours. Oh, was it great. My electric skillet enjoyed the flavors too! A keeper for this household. Gracias Paula. Diane

These were excellent and the marinade is great. The chicken is good for wraps, salads and quesedillas as well as the fajitas. New staple for grilled chicken in our house!

I used chicken...marinade was good and made the chicken stand out from other recipes. Aside from that, this is much an ordinary fajita in terms of filling and toppings... I gave it 5 stars because the chicken was delicious and therefore the rolled fajita was too

I made this for dinner tonight. It was excellent and came together really quickly. I did the chicken and followed the recipe closely. I used greek yogurt instead of sour cream and didn't miss it. I served on a whole grain tortilla.
I will definitely make this again!

This was absolutely delicious!!! We added a bit of cayenne, chili powder and red pepper flakes instead of hot sauce. The chicken was so juicy and with a sprinkle of lime juice it really was delicious!

Delicious! I was looking for a quick and delicious meal to make. I usually buy the prepackaged fajita season, but NOT ANYMORE!! I'm not a measurer, but once I saw the spices I eyeballed it. Definitely a winner! The lime juice really kicked it up a notch. Note: I had a small piece of cabbage leftover from last night's meal. I sliced it up and sauteed it first with the seasonings and lime juice. Didn't have a cabbage flavor, but did add texture to the fajitas. And that was a plus, as well.

I tried this recipe last night and used beef and shrimp. I wasn't feeling the cumin or the hot sauce, so I left those out. It made the shrimp awesome but wasn't as thrilled with the beef. Next time I will use the cumin and hot sauce in the beef and see if that changes it. oh, I also added some imitation crabmeat we had left over and that was awesome too.
