    I made this today for dinner and wow it was soo delicious! My whole family loved it! I doubled the recipe and used 3 lbs of chicken breast and made guacamole, corn salsa and some sour cream as sides. This recipe is definitely a keeper! Thanks Paula!!

    simple and very tasty. I used carne asada that I had grilled previously with some uncooked shrimp. Used my cast iron skillets and went to town. MMMMMMM good

    This recipe is unbelievable, the marinade is amazingly flavorful(I made it the night before and refrigerated overnight. My husband and I truly enjoyed it. I will be using this recipe again and again and again and AGAIN;- Thanks Paula(my grandma in my mind

    I made these tonight for dinner. I used Filet Mignon for the choice of meat. We liked them pretty good. I added fresh tomato to the vegetables.. I will be making them again and tweaking the recipe a little to our taste.

    Prepared chicken and flank steak, albeit not together in the same bag. Combined this with some Bobby Flay barbecued onions and poblanos, and other fixings....very nice!
