Very good. And such simple ingredients. I couldn't believe the great flavor. I will definitely be using this as my go-to fajita marinade recipe!

This Fajitas is lovely, so very easy to make and tastes like a lot more effort than you actually put in. I made the chicken version with thighs because I find they don't get dry like chicken breast does and are a cheaper option, that came out very nice. I would have marinated for longet than 20min if I had the time.

Best fajitas I've ever had! The chicken had such a great flavor! I let the chicken marinate in the fridge for a couple hours. I also used extra virgin olive oil in place of the vegetable oil. Also, I used whole wheat tortillas instead of flour. yum!

This recipe was awesome. I substituted the vegetable oil for Lime Olive Oil and was amazing. Added the extra zing.

Very good. Used skirt steak and grilled the onions and peppers with the steak. Used lime instead of lemon.

The marinade was amazing, I used it on chicken! I didn't add hot sauce, but instead I added a teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. I couldn't stop eating it! I marinated the chicken overnight. I'm not quite sure if the lemon juice affected the texture at all, but it was sooo yumyum!

These fajitas are the best I have ever tasted... even compared to restaurants! I usually make this recipe with chicken breasts, but have tried it with steak. The marinade seems to take a lot better with chicken but I haven't used skirt steak because I can't find it where I live... Still I think it would take very good with skirt steak. I used the cast iron servers only the first couple of times I made this recipe... too much work. I have made this recipe many, many, many times since then and it is so easy to make. I use my George Foreman to grill the chicken... then slice it and mix it into the pan where I am cooking the peppers and the onions. It allows the chicken to absorb some of the pepper and onion taste... and it just looks wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this recipe... it's just perfect! Thanks Paula Deen! Anyone thinking about making this... go ahead, you won't regret it.

My husband was coming home from Alaska and I wanted to bring him back down to the south so I made these fajitas. He was so complimentary of them, and when a couple of our friends came over they couldn't stop talking about how good they were either. I thought it had so much flavor and was so much more than I thought it would be, these have become a sure favorite at my house, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for that south of the border flavor.
