Extremely easy to prepare and by far the BEST marinade for chicken fajitas. And believe me when I say...I have tried a bunch of them. Paula you are wonderful!!

so easy a cave man can do it.....and delish. Followed pretty much to a T. Added chopped lettuce with chopped tomatoes as a side. This recipe will be added to the "often" weekly meal planing.

This recipe is good as it is, but I have tinkered with it a bit. I didn't have lemons but did have limes left over from something else so that's what I used. I decided to get a little bold after sticking with the lime and added some chili powder. Surprisingly it was actually good! Oh & try this with beef, makes really good beef tacos! One thing with extra trial & error watch how much of the chili powder is used. I dont measure the chili powder but just add until I am pleased with the taste.Just make sure you taste before adding the raw meat. The flavor can get a little strong if too much is added but everyones taste is different so add as much as your taste buds like. For the ones who said this was a little bland try this to see if its to your liking.

These were the best fajitas i have ever made and they were so easy and simple! I added orange and yellow peppers to add color and made homemade guacamole! Best idea for dinner ever.

Um, yum! I marinated the chicken all day while I was at work instead of the suggested 20 minutes. Also, I grilled in the chicken stove-top in a cast-iron skillet since I almost set my patio ablaze while attempting to use the gas grill. A truly frightening experience! Luckily, these were maybe the best fajitas I've ever had. Oh, I added a few splashes of Worcestershire to the marinade as well. And served with Bobby Flay's Guacamole with Cumin Dusted Tortillas recipe--sans the cumin dusted tortillas. The guac was also delicious.

This meal was OMG!!! I am very shocked because I dont eat peppers and I dont use some of these seasonings, but everything was great. This is a very simple and great recipe and I will forward this to many of my non cooking friends.

This recipe topped Emerils I hate to say and it was a lot simplier. I only grilled the flank steak but I marinated overnight because the appetizers filled us up. I was worried it might be overpowering but it turned out perfect. I've never made fajitas this good. I didnt alter the recipe. The steak cooked pretty quick over direct heat using hickory charcoal. You can always tell how it's going to taste by the smell of it. I think my neighbors were jealous. I used bbq wok over the grill for peppers and onions and put in 3 medium flour tortillas in there at a time after I pulled out the vegetables so that way it would get the vegetable flavor. Paula, you did it again!!

I don't even like Mexican food that much, but these were so good. I don't have a taste for bell peppers either, but the seasoning on the steak balanced it out and the peppers were great. Love my Southern Sista Paula!!
