I have never been a big stuffing fan, but this was excellent!!! I liked it more than any of the other dishes prepared for our holiday meal. In fact, I could have been satisfied with eating this stuffing and nothing else. Thanks for the great recipe, Paula!

I made this for Christmas dinner - my first attempt at making real, homemade stuffing. All of my family members stated that it was the best stuffing they have ever had, and I completely agree! This will definitely be added to my permanent holiday repetoire.

I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I will be making it again for Christmas...by request! The only trouble I ran into was oven-drying the bread. I should have put it in the oven overnight but didn't get started until Thanksgiving morning thereby having to turn the pieces frequently in a warm oven to speed up the process. I've learned from my mistake and have the bread in the oven as I write! Merry Christmas!

My picky sister told me not to make "any crazy stuffing," for Thanksgiving, so I tried this recipe and she loved it. I'm not really a stuffing fan, but I had my share. It's good for a traditional, no surprises type of dish.

This stuffing was fabulous. We saw Paula make it right before Thanksgiving and decided to give it a try. We halved the recipe and it still made a TON! Delicious fresh out of the oven and even reheated days after.

This stuffing was a real hit at our Thanksgiving Pot Luck dinner. It has a great stuffing flavor and oh so moist. It makes a huge dish, but can always be frozen. Will definately make this again for Christmas.

I made this for the first time for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I was able to find turkey stock so I used it instead of chicken stock for a bit more flavor. This recipe makes a ton, so much that I had to use a turkey roasting pan to fit it all in. If you are making it for five (like I was divide the recipe in half.
