I make a similar recipe using ground pork, prepared bread stuffing, onions, celery and poultry seasoning along with a little hot chicken stock (low sodium. This recipe called for too much stock and too many additional items (i.e. rice and saltines. If those items were taken out, you'd be surprise how GOOD this recipe was.

This was the best Stuffing I have ever had. I made it last year (without the mushroom giblet gravy and it was the HIT of the holiday!

This recipe was simple to make and delicious, the only problem was the amount of stuffing it makes. There were only four of us but we had stuffing for eight to ten.

This recipie is great but makes enough for an army. So I made it, but froze 1/2 for another dinner & it worked out great. Very easy to make & the family loved it.

I cheated a bit on this recipe. Paula's recipe calls for bread crumbs but I substituted it with Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix. This recipe is incredible! My family and friends are still talking about MY dressing. They think I labored long and hard on this one!!

This is an excellent basic dressing altho I did modify it slightly. I added wild rice instead of white (I'm from MN!, omitted the sausage, and added the stock from the giblets along with the chicken stock. I also added poultry seasoning.

This was easy and got RAVE reviews from a picky crowd. I made it with Egg Substitute and Fat Free spray butter - still fantastic.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving Dinner and even though I skipped completely on the butter, the stuffing was to die for! It will definitely be a staple on Thanksgiving or any day for that matter. This time I will follow the recipe to the letter. Who knows! It might be even better the next time! Thank you for sharing!

WOW this was great, just like Mom used to make. I used just one regular size loaf of bread and it made plenty, wiht a bunch of yummy leftovers.
