    Sweets are a staple at my house and this cake was one of the best (according to my husband! I used low fat cream cheese and the results were heavenly! I can't imagine how decadent it would be with regular cream cheese!

    THIS RECIPE IS AS SIMPLE AND EASY AS PAULA MAKES IT LOOK. IT IS SO DELICIOUS. THE KIDS AND HUSBAND LOVE IT.

    This was the most easy recipe for me and I got such great reviews from my co-workers. I loved them and they were eaten all up within no time. Thanks Paula Deen I love your show and watch you as often as I can. Your boys are so cute and you all look like a very close loving family. Thank you for being a part of my family as well.

    I made this recipe with the plain toffee pieces - I couldn't find the chocolate toffee pieces. Baked for 45 minutes, and the edges came out perfectly browned with the center still a bit jiggly and soft. I took it out anyway. It tasted GREAT!! Like everyone said, it is extremely rich. I can barely eat one small piece and then I'm done. Last night I refrigerated the dish, and I think it tastes even better refrigerated - otherwise it's pretty messy to eat.

    This is truly wonderful. I always make the recipe exactly as the directions state the first time, then I like to experiment. I used a chocolate cake mix and added a 1/2 of chopped pecans to the base. Then I used the chocolate peanut butter chips with another 1/4 cup of nuts in the filling. They were fantastic.     Amazing....soooo yummy!!!! I had never had any kind of Gooey Butter Cake before so this was a treat! I look forward to playing around with flavor ombinations. This was so easy to make and wonderfully scrumtious. Way to go Paula!

    I made these bars for my friend's birthday, and everyone was amazed! One person remarked after his first bite, "I've transcended into Heaven!" All were eaten by the end of the night, and the other deserts were barely touched. This recipe is definitely a keeper
