I made this for a large family dinner and everyone just raved on and on about it! It is extremely easy to make, but looks to your guests like you went through a lot of trouble to make it! I LOVE this dessert recipe!

I made this for the first time, exactly as written;let it cool overnight on the counter. I took it to a club picnic and not a crumb was left! Everyone was asking, "Who made this? It's the best thing I've tasted!" It is, though, extremely sweet and must be served in small 'doses' - I cut 48 pieces. Definitely will make this again soon.

I baked these for 50 min. and didn't cut them when they were warm. When I tried to cut them at the party, the outside edges were so hard, I could barely get a knife through. They are very sweet. My husband liked them. I love Paula and her show.

The directions were very easy to follow. However, it is hard to tell when these are ready to come out of the oven. The directions tell you 40-50 minutes, but its ok for a judgement call because they need to be gooey in the center. They were too gooey, then burnt. I was so disappointed!

I have never tasted anything like this. My family and friends just couldn't stop themselves from eating piece after piece. I even made it "plain" without the toffee bits and it's marvelous.
