This bread was really fun to make; ideal for children to help out with. We had to adjust cooking time because the first batch was overdone at 50 minutes, so definitely watch it toward the end of your cooking time. Also, we had better luck with name-brand biscuits like Pillsbury than with generic brand. Thanks Paula for another great recipe!

We made this for Easter breakfast and it was a hit. It is also very easy to make and a good one if you are looking to prepare something ahead of time and bake it when your guests arrive. If you have kids they will love this recipe. Your family will beg you to make it again!

I loved this recipe! It was very easy to make and tasted great! The only thing I would change would be to use less cream cheese. The cream cheese flavor was a little too strong. Once again, another great recipe!

I've made "monkey" bread but now I see why this recipe is called "Gorilla" bread. It is king of the jungle. Paula's recipes always hit the spot!!
