    My mom and I made the cake last weekend and it tastes wonderful. Its moist and is sweet. Everyone just loves the taste. The only change we did was take out the coconuts and peacans. We aren't a big fan of them.

    This cake was "The Best".... My husband and I tried this recipe and it was simply delicious. So moist from beginning to end. I call it our labor of love. We enjoyed it so much once it was done we took some to our family members who also enjoyed it. I highly recommend this recipe.

    This is easily a 5 star cake. Itis easy and quick to make. It makes a beautiful presentation. It is very rich and sweet. Try it, you'll like it!

    I made this cake, it was good, however there's alot of oil in it, therefore very heavy. Also, I had to bake it for 45 minutes longer, and the inside was still a bit mushy. Nonetheless, it was tasty!

    I tried this recipe right after I saw it on the show. It is very moist and has a great flavor. I didn't have the full amount of orange juice called for but I use the rest in lemon juice. The glaze is perfect and it soaks in wonderfully to the cake. My husband was digging in for seconds! The recipe comes together quickly but it takes a bit to bake then the hour to allow the glaze to soak in but of course it is worth it. I didn't bother with any other adornments because it would not complement an already perfect dessert.

    I baked this cake the day after I saw it on the show. It is WONDERFUL! I did not have OJ on hand so I used apple juice. This is our new favorite cake. Thank you for another great recipe.

    So so good!!!!! I baked this cake for a sunday brunch with my girlfriends and it was a blast!!!!! I emailed this recipe to ALL of my friends and they ALL loved it as well.

    I saw this recipe recently, and decided to make it yesterday. I had to vary my ingredients for health reasons (my boyfriend is allergic to nuts and I had to minimize the sugar amounts and for lack of orange juice. So instead of the OJ I used milk, instead of nuts I used some white raisins, and I used half the amount of sugar in the recipes for both the cake AND the buttercream sauce. The cake still turned out great, and my doctor won't have to chew my head off. Thank goodness as always to Paula for her wonderful recipes!!! :-
