I love carmel corn but never had a recipe for it. Not only is this easy to make, but it is out of this world delicious! My husband and kids loved it as much as me. It didn't last long. I'm ready to make more!

To make this a bit more yummy add your favorite nuts or some melted chocolate and holy cow. A true stick to your guts treat for the chunky dippers!!! LOL

This was so easy to make and I have made caramel corn before. I will be making this over and over and over again. I am going to take it (the corn to my Christmas Party and the recipe to show my friends how easy it was.
Thank you Grandma Paul and you too Paula.

this is the easiest caramel corn recipe i've made, you don't even have to use a candy thermometer! it makes an enormous batch but it will be gone in no time.

Use the best popcorn you can find, I used a microwave brand that had the biggest popped kernels, and the least old maids. I tweaked the recipe and used unsalted butter, because with salted popcorn and salt in the sauce it was a bit too much. You can also cut the salt in the sauce by half you wanted. It was wonderful and I give it as a gift that is always welcome. A large cookie basket bag fits the recipe, and you just have to tie it with a pretty curling ribbon to close.
