You people are sooo lucky! I am from Ontario, Canada and although most of the other chefs can be seen on foodtv here, I don't get Paula!! Atleast I can get her amazing recipes on this site! Thanks Paula :

I made this recipe, adding about two cups of pecan halves, for my son's Japanese boss and his wife--their review, "We couldn't stop eating it!"

I have been trying to find/create a good caramel corn recipe for years. Paula Dean you are a domestic goddess. This is wonderfully sweet and crispy. The texture is slightly grainy, but I like it. I also added peanuts and almonds for a twist.

After having a near obsession with the caramel popcorn at a Chicago area popcorn shop and not being able to tolerate waiting in the queue for hours to get it, I decided to search for a recipe to make it myself. The Karo Syrup site has a recipe but I decided to try Paula's (it had more butter, and more butter is better, right Paula?. This recipe is extremely easy and the results are as good as from the popcorn shop. I was able to whip up a batch in less time than it would take to wait in line and saved about $30. This one will become a favorite treat to share with friends and family.

This is so easy to make; it looks time-consuming, but very easy. And it is SO DELICIOUS, the people at work beg me to make more everytime we have a Food Day!
