this recipe was easy to make. i changed one thing an added one teaspoon of vanilla when i put the baking soda in.. very addictive an will use again an again thanks so much !

Insanely easy and delicious! I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Otherwise, made exactly as instructed. Turned out perfectly. Kind of addictive!

hit it outta da ball park! i forgot the baking soda, so can't wait to see if that improves - mine was a tiny bit grainy. but, oh sooooo delish. I had used truffle salt the night before, and then used this recipe for the left-overs. really good.

It's a perfect recipe, but I made an easy mistake. The first couple times I made it, the results were gourmet quality. The next couple times, the caramel didn't dry to the perfect shiny veneer of the initial batches and I realized the difference was that I had used dark brown sugar. Use the light sugar and real butter and you'll get raves from the crowd every time.

OH MY PAULA DEEN YOU HAVE DONE IT AGAIN!! : This is AMAZING!!! i made it because i just got a popcorn popper and was crazing caramel corn...it is SOOO GOOD!!! my mom and dad think it is the best caramel corn they have ever had!!! i agree : i did make a little change to the recipe: i only popped 2/3 cup of popcorn (about 5-4 quarts of popped popcorn and used the whole amount of caramel mixture so the popcorn was extra-covered!!! mmmmm...

and CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE IT AGAIN!!! MAKE THIS POPCORN IN IS SO GOOD YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! ::::::::::::::::

THIS IS THE EASIEST AND BEST CARAMEL POPCORN EVER. I KNOW THAT IT IS GOING TO BE A BIG HIT WITH MY MOTHER. ALL SHE ASKED FOR FOR CHRISTMAS WAS CARAMEL POPCORN. SO....I MADE IT AND ADDED LOTS OF LOVE TO THE RECIPE.

This is the first time I have ever made caramel corn...I loved it and so did my three year old!
