    Now if you're a fan of sweet chicken, this is the recipe for you. The secret of this whole recipe is: C-R-I-S-C-O!

    Oh, Ms. Deen hit it on the nail. I fried this for my family and the first question popped out of my dad's mouth was, "Did you use syrup?"

    Suggestion: Don't use as much water as called for.

    It was so unbelievable that all you need is salt pepper and garlic to season your chicken.. but wow wow wow.. My family could not believe it was home made

    I tried it for supper, my husband just raved about it. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. You could taste the chicken without the coating being overpowering. Not complicated to make. It's going into my recipe book for my daughters. It's a keeper. Thanks Paula.
