Salty, more like blueberry monkey bread, not coffee cake. My kids liked it but the adults not so much!

Very good - a little on the sweet side. I would cut the sugar with the blueberries to less than a half cup. I used frozen blueberries and i should have drained them better because the liquid drenched the bread. I think in hindsight fresh blueberries would have worked better. Also, for the top coating of oatmeal I would not use the full 1/2 cup because if you use 1/4 cup the blueberries peek through nicely and the presentation is lovely. I will definitely try this recipe again with my alterations but the flavor was excellent.

This recipe rocks!!! I love making Paula's desserts. I take them to work and make a lot of friends and a lot of people happy. The dessert is always gone in a matter of hours and everyone raves and thinks I'm such a great baker! Although, I do believe I am a supreme faux baker! Make this recipe for a crowd and make some fresh whipped cream it will be a winner!

At first glance, biscuit dough.. Gross?!?!?! But after reading so many reviews I tried this myself, and I can say this is 1. the easiest "cake" I've ever made 2. it's so delicious!!!
I did reduce and use only 3tbsp of butter which seemed perfect, and I accidentally put the cinnamon into the oatmeal, but followed the recipe verbatim aside from those steps above. I used fresh blueberries and It was delicious! My son, who's 3 1/2 years old keeps thanking me for making this yummy cake.
I was pleasantly surprised, I really didn't think I would like this cake but I'm going to add this into my weekend breakfasts rotation!

OMG! This coffee cake is to die for. I had to walk away between nibbles to avoid eating half of it myself. Try it just after it cools and the blueberries are still warm. I don't want to even know how many calories I just consumed.
