Just change up the blueberries to Strawberries if you so desire, and it makes it absolutely wonderful.

I've made this several times now and everyone that eats it is overwhelmed. I've tried it with mixed berries as well. Blueberries, however, are the best.

This is such an incredibly wonderful tasting recipe. My husband requests it every weekend! I also made some adjustments. (thanks to all the reviews here!. I added only 1/4 cup of sugar with the blueberries, I used more of the brown sugar mixture that it called for because it wasnt very good coverage on the biscuits and I definetly cooked it for longer....Maybe around 35 minutes. Thanks for another great recipe Paula!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I made this because I also had the uncooked center when I started to spoon this out to serve....but no worries...I just spooned it right back in and cooked it another 15 minutes or so and it was really delicious! Everyone asked for the recipe, and I agree that a handful of pecans or some kind of nut would be yummy in this dish.

This is nothing like real coffee cake. I agree that the baking time does need to be adjusted. I've made a lot of Paula's items and they were very good. This one just seemed to cut too many corners for the "easy" factor and wasn't good at all.

Not sure if I made it wrong or not, but it was doey on the inside. The top tasted fabulous.
