Did have to cook it for 30 - 40 minutes. Also added dried cherries - yum!

This recipe is quick and easy! It made a perfect Sunday morning breakfast treat for my husband and I. It reminds me of a childhood favorite my mom always made called Monkey Bread but with the addition of blueberries! What a great recipe! I'll definitely make this again!

The smell of the blueberries with the oatmeal/brown sugar was delightful on this rainy May day in Gilroy, Ca! Very easy to make and tasted delicious. We had this for dessert with vanilla ice cream. I rated this a four only because it took longer than the 20 minutes to bake. I would probably bake at 350* for 30 to 40 minutes. The dough was mushy and I would cut down on the sugar when mixing with the blueberries. Otherwise, very good.

As was suggested in other reviews, extend cooking time.
I also cut the amount of butter in half and I think the amount of sugar mixed with the blueberries could be less. One full stick of butter is a bit overboard.
Bet it would also be good with chopped apples or peaches.
    Well worth making.

I thought this recipe was delicious -- so much so that I'm preparing it for my church's Sunday school breakfast tomorrow. It was very easy to prepare and tasted so much more complicated than it actually was. Thanks for the great recipe, Paula!

Does she mean coat and dip the tops of the biscuit pieces, or submerge/coat all sides?

This is such a quick, yet great recipe.I have made it for neighbors and work. Got raves from all who ate it. I did change it afte the first time. I used Splenda in liew of sugar for the blueberries and sprinkled chopped pecans on the buttered and sugared biscuits. What a wonderfully sinful tasting idea.
