Great Veggie dish!!!! everyone loved these little bundles. My family loves garlic so I brush the bundles with olive oil with crushed garlic. I did this when they were almost done. Amazing taste.

My family loved these, But only after tweeking the cooking time alittle...after cooking the full 15 the bacon was not crispy at all so i preceeded to turn the broiler on and after crisping in the broiler they were perfect...

I just made these tonight, everyone loves them and it was super easy. I opted out the salt and it tastes just as delicious. I'll definitely be making these again sometime soon.

I make these often when I have guests over. I served these on Christmas Eve to my guests and they loved them. I used center cut bacon and wrapped it around the beans starting at the top and ending at the bottom. Made sure both ends were on the baking sheet. Everybody I have served them to take the recipe home and serve them to their guests.

i would recommend a somewhat thin bacon, i used a very thick cut and it was difficult to tie. i threw in some garlic as well and i couldnt have been happier. they will be on my table for evey occasion!

I watched Paula this morning preparing the Green Bean Bundles. Did I miss her saying the beans must be boiled first? Lucky for me that I went online to check out the other recipes she also prepared. I'm sure the beans would have been a disaster without cooking them first! Baking raw veggies has been the in thing this year, and I just love them. So I thought it would be the same for the beans.

This was an excellent dish! I used a half strip of bacon per bundle of green beans and that was plenty. I'll be making this dish again!

These green beans were awesome! I made them for Thanksgiving yesterday with my husband doing the bundling. He wanted me to use a thick cut bacon, but if you do they have to cook longer (30 minutes and people who don't like softer bacon (vs crispy might not care for the actual bacon. Even after cooking for 30 minutes, the beans were still cooked, but still crisp. These were a huge hit!

These are so easy to make. I first made them for a dinner party and expected to have left overs.... no way.... everyone had two or three bundles. Now Im making them for thanksgiving. And just to be safe i got 2 pound of green beans this time. I hope that will be enough!
