The green bean bundles are very easy to make and very delicious!!! I did flip my budles half way through the baking process so the other side of the bacon could get crisp.

This recipe was so easy, my husband actually helped! I made this for Christmas day and the family was very impressed with not only the presentation, but the the taste as well.
You can actually do this a day ahead to save time on the day of the event.

This recipe is very easy to make and doesn't take much time at all, and is very tasty! I'm a big fan of green beans, and I think bacon is one of the best things known to man. I absolutly love grean bean bundles. One thing I do with this recipe is to broil the bundles for a minute or two to crisp up the bacon a little. Enjoy!

The idea of slicing the bacon in half lengthwise is a great idea. I will try that next time. I should make them easier to tie which is a great presentation. I did cook the bacon in the microwave about 1 minute per slice. This allowed the bacon to cook in the time alloted. I also added seasoned salt toe the beans, mixed thyme with the olive oil and drizzled it over the beans. Once plated I drizzled a little aged balsamic vinegar over them. Made these already wonderful bundles even better.
