I made this last night for the first time. It came out fantastic!!! Best green bean casserole I ever had. This recipe is definitely a keeper! Thanks Paula Deen!

I have to say i was quite pleased with this recipe. I am not a big Deen fan but this recipe was right on the money for taste and ease of preparing it. Hopefully makers of bland green bean casseroles, especially at Thanksgiving, give up the generations' old family secret recipe and replace it with this 5 star wonder. Hats off to Paula on this one.

Definately an improvement over the standard recipe. i just steamed frozen green beans with a little house seasoning and used those. My family loved this!

Super easy; can't go wrong with this one! I'm beginning to realize that I love Paula Deen more than I suspected. Which means I love "BUDDER, Y'ALL"! How depressing. Anyway. Great recipe. =

This recipe was fantastic. I had never made a green bean casserole and was some what nervous about how it would turn out, because I had only tasted this dish once and it was bland. This recipe was easy and great and I will be using it again.

Very good recipe. I make this about once a month or so now, not just for holidays.
I do double the beans, onions, and mushrooms, but not the soup. I use fresh green beans and boil them in the chicken broth 20 min.
One time I was out of the French Fried Onion Rings- and topped it with cheese, frosted flakes and corn chips for crunch (none in the mix. It was still good, just not as great - so don't forget to pick them up.
