This was the first green bean casserole I've ever made and I made it for Christmas. The recipe was easy to follow and it turned out good.

This is a nice, fresh twist to an old favorite. Using all fresh ingredients made this "grandma's home cookin'" dish achieve elegant flair. I did skip the cheese and it was delightful.

I made this for Thanksgiving dinner. I was worried about straying from the traditional recipe (the one found on the can of fried onions but it was perfect. The sauteed mushrooms and onions + the cheese make this dish so delicious and richer. Paula Rocks!

This was a huge hit at Thanksgiving! This was by far the best dish that I served and people can not stop talking about it. Boiling the green beans in chicken broth gave the dish a great flavor!

I tried this recipe last night and my husband and I both thought it was delicious. However, I did a couple things differently. I used 2 cans of French style green beans instead of boiling fresh beans in chicken broth also I roughly chopped the mushrooms instead of slicing. I did everything else exactly the same and it was sooo yummy!

I made this casserole for my family's Thanksgiving dinner and it was was the first thing to run out. We had a lot of food that day, so that speaks a lot. I would make this all year long to accompany any dish.
