    Let's see....Bacon, mayo, sour cream. Maybe Bourdain is right.

    The dip is brilliant! This is the 1st time I've ever had artichokes. Boiled them for an hour and skipped the grilling part. Will make this recipe again and again!

    Liked the dip but didn't like the grilled part - might try again without trying to grill the artichokes. I didn't feel like it called for enough time to boil the artichokes so I boiled longer and even then they were still hard in the middle. Not really a favorite.

    Followed exactly...well except I used olive oil mayo and low fat sour cream....guess the bacon cancelled those good intentions out!
    Anyway, these were delicious! This whole meal was a winner! Will make again.
