    I never really enjoyed fresh asparagus until this recipe. It makes the perfect addition to garlic. Instead of the lemon zest, I used a few drops of lemon juice, same great flavor, even less work.

    the taste was great but i am a neophite griller. i made the mistake of putting them on the bottom rack on med heat which was too hot...burned the crap out of them AND the wooden skewers caught fire even though i soaked them. oh well, will do better next time!

    I love fresh asparagus and love to grill it. It was great hearing a new sauce to use on them. With Summer almost here this is going to be a constant I just know it. My picky non vegetable eatting 6 year old even loves it. Paula you are the best.

    My family loved this recipe...This is a great side item with chicken or pork. The lemon and garlic gave the asparagus a wonderful flavor. Once I put them on the grill, I never turned them. Just cooked them on med heat on the top rack. Wonderful!
