One word sums it up...AWFUL! First off these take longer to cook that recipe says plus the jalapeno over powers the cheese even if it is pepper jack. The bacon falls off the peppers before it can fully cook thus making a greasy mess. I have made many popper recipes before and was so looking forward to this one. What a big dissapointment! Just goes to show you, "don't fix it unless it's broke." I will stick to my recipe thank you.

The heat of the Jalapenos, over powered the taste os the cheese and the bacon. It was not possible to even taste 1/4 of the Jalapenos.

Not a fan at all. The jalapeno was too overpowering and even when securing the whole thing, all the cheese oozed out. Will not be making this again...

OMGosh! These were SUPER hot. I can't imagine how hot they would be if you accidently left a seed or two in the peppers. This will put some hair on your chest, for sure! I ended up eating the bacon on the outside of the peppers, just to save my taste buds. HOT! HOT! HOT!

So easy to make, although they took longer than expected to grill. Add a little salt when they come off of the grill and serve. A definite hit!
