As a sandwich, I wasn't so happy with this recipe. But that's more a function of the whole wheat pita bread being too stiff and dry (no, it wasn't stale to handle so many chuncky ingredients.
As a salad however, it is wonderful. I basically combined all the meat/veggies/cheese, mixed the seasoning/lemon/olive oil into a dressing, and used the yogurt sauce as a dipping sauce. It was also much more convenient to pack as a lunch than a sandwich that didn't want to stay together.
Also, if you're like me and tend to double or triple the garlic in every recipe - be warned that the garlic in the yogurt sauce only gets stronger throughout the week. :

was ok I made it with whole wheat pita bread but I don't think it came out with the same flavor, but my husband really enjoyed it

Surprisingly delicious! I did not know what to expect, but I trusted the reviews and tried this. It was absolutely wonderful! The marinade for the chicken alone is worth try, even if you don't have the other ingredients! This will be a keeper in my recipe book!

OMG! This was so easy and so good. My family enjoyed putting the sandwiches together themselves. The yogurt sauce was very refreshing. Good recipe for a movie night with family or special friends.

This is incredible! The feta and tomato mixture really makes this recipe what it is. I've made it twice in the past few weeks, and am already wanting to make it again! Definitely a winner!
