Amazingly easy. I added lots of thyme and served it over salmon.

Easy and delicious. Not sure I would consider this a 'light' summer dessert with all the butter and sugar but definately great flavor. I made half of a recipe since it was only for me. The recipe only mentions 2 pcs fruit per person but not the quantity the glaze with accomodate overall. I imagine about 6 - 8 peaches unless you want a good amount to drizzle over ice cream. I had only coconut ice cream in my freezer and it was amazing with the peaches. I used 1/2 lemon since it was what I had on hand and it was fine. Definately a keeper and will make again trying with firm bananas, pineaplles slices and nectarines.

I have only cooked this once and will, I know be cooking more and more. My 15 year old granddaughter said she wanted this instead of birthday cake on her family birthday dinner. I have never tasted such a wonderful sauce or glaze. Did exactly as the recipe called for except reduced the lemon to 1/2 of what called for. It turned out perfectly. Thanks to someone who reviewed and warned about the lemon. Other than that, every thing was perfect. We had fresh pineapple sticks and peaches ( this is better than pineapple upside down cake. I am not a fan of ice cream unless we do it this way. You must try.

We grilled peaches, apples, and bananas - bananas were our favorite. Make sure you slice the fruit in fairly small pieces when you grill them. We just cut the peaches and apples in 1/2 when we grilled them - next time we will slice them into smaller pieces. We actually could have just eaten the sauce. We didn't have lemons, so we left it out - don't think I would use them in the future based on other comments. This is absolutely heavenly and worth it!

Easy to make, very flavorful and tasty, I'll make this one again. I'd use this glaze on chicken too

One of my few five-stars. Simple, elegant, delicious. I wound up simmering the sauce a bit longer than recommended to thicken it further. An "airplane" bottle is a quarter cup and decent enough quality for this dish. I skimmed the foam off the sauce after it cooled. (Maybe really good butter would have made a difference.

This recipe is "OMG Yummy" I added thick slices of fresh pineapple and used nectarines instead of peaches - it was a hit!

This really was so good. I wanted to drink the sauce. Thank goodness we had friends here or I might have. Everyone loved it.

The sauce was tasty but next time I will leave the lemon out. Made me think of grandma's cough remedy with the lemon in.
