This is the first time I wrote a comment on a recipe. I made this dessert for my family and myself and it was so delicious! I give it 5 stars also because it was very easy and pretty and yummy. But I put less sugar (just 1 cup and just 5 pears to fit in my dish. That is really good. Thank you.

This was so good, I found the pear nectar at publix and made this for labor day!
Make sure you use a deeper 9x13 dish. I will make this again and everyone loved it!
I made a bourbon pear reduction sauce with the left over pear nectar and it was so
Good!! Happy labor Day to all. Yum yum

Words barely describe the AWESOMENESS OF THIS RECIPE.
I couldn't find Pear Nectar, however so I made some from scratch (just type in Pear Nectar into google. The same for the Pear Honey.
Recipe seemed liquidy, however after it settled coming out of the oven it turned out PERFECTLY.
    A huge hit.
    Well done Paula!!

WOW!!! So yummy! The batter was pretty thin, then adding the pear nectar I was sure it wasn't going to work... SO much liquid. How could I not trust Miss Paula! It turned out perfect! Everybody loved it! Thanks again Honey!

Best Cobbler I ever had! It was easy to make and the ingredients were easy to find. My boyfriend had at least three servings last night. He told me it was the best thing I ever made. He's an old fashion southern man and I'm a gal from the South Bronx. I was pleased to hear that I made my fella happy. Thanks Paula! :

This is so easy and it was a hit with family and friends. I was asked to make it for Thanksgiving. Pear nectar is easy to find in the Hispanic food aisle or where bottled/canned juices are sold. It typically comes in a can and Kern's makes all types of nectar.

Pear and other nectars can also be found in the Spanish section of your supermarket...

Yummy! I didn't find pear nectar so I made it without but it was still real good. You just can't go wrong with Paula Deen's desserts. Personally I like cobbler with peaches the most. If you haven't made it yet, you have to try Paula's Peach Cobbler. That one is incredible. This one is also very yummy and I give it five stars!

This cobbler is awesome & easy to make. You can usually find pear nectar in the organic isle at your grocery store.
