I tried this recipe this summer, and it has become one of my families favorites. My son-in-law asked my daughter to call and get the recipe from me for a pool party they were having, everyone raved about it! We've even started using the house seasoning to grill zuccinni and yellow squash. Having two adult children newly diagnosed as gluten intolerant, my mission is to show them that they can eat well, and won't miss anything. This recipe is so easy, my single son can't even mess it up!

These have a VERY SALTY taste. The directions were a little confusing. The first time I made them I added the exact amount of the spices onto the potatoes. My whole family was shocked. I always try recipes twice so that I can make sure I did it properly and they were just not having a bad day. The next time I made them,I cut down on the spices. My 14 year old daughter liked them the most and occasionally she would make them on her own. For no reason, just because she thought they were more tasty than potato chips!!! But the recipe itself just needs some tweaking and is very salty.

The potatoes had a nice crisp outside and the house seasoning was great. Very easy. It added a nice flavor. Next time I will cook less potatoes, they go farther than you think and are very filling. Can't wait to cook them for my grandchildren,
