    Wow, what a bomb. I was convinced this would be a citrusy, light salad for summer and it turned out to be nothing of the sort. Even with grilling, the radicchio was stil way, way too bitter for us. Maybe the dressing needed to be sweeter? Either way, we ended up dumping the bowl after only a few bites.

    Wow, was so much better than I thought it would be as I was making it. Got a little "fancy pants" with the dressing - I used white balsamic vinegar instead of white wine vinegar and agave nectar instead of honey. But we both really enjoyrd this salad and will make again for sure. Nice suprise!
