I do not eat fish, and have NEVER cooked it before, but this was the easiest (and quickest thing I have ever made. Husband RAVED about it and even did a dance : I substituted lemon juice for the lime juice, and added some garlic. thank you thank you for this easy recipe :

Everyone loved it. Kids ages 17, 15, 7, 6, and 11 months ate every bite and loved. Husband raved over it. Really quick.

Quick and easy! I made this for a special Sunday night dinner and it turned out wonderful. Cut down to 3T of butter with regular fresh lime juice (key lime not in seasonand cooked in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. I brushed on the butter lime mixture, then salt and pepper. My family said they wouldn't mind having this every week!

A nice simple recipe with great flavor. I prefer to cook mine on the stove using a nonstick pan and eat it without rice, pasta, or any kind of accompanying dish--it doesn't need anything with it to complete the taste and is filling enough to stand alone. The lime/butter combination really complements the fish's natural flavor without overpowering it.

Being a college student I don't have much time to cook but this dish is easy and fast to make. It has definitely become one of my favorite dishes to make.

I am always looking for new recipes on food network and don't make very many things more than once. This recipe is an exception! I've made the salmon, along with the lemon aspargus over 50 times this past year. My families favorite. My very, very picky 6 year old even chose this for his b-day dinner last month and always eats an adult size portion!!!!

I'm not a big fish eater but my hubby is so I surprised him with this dish along with the lemon asparagus. My hubby thought it was the best and mind you it was my first time ever cooking salmon. Just love it when my marine is impressed with something I made=

So simple, so amazing, and it makes you feel like a pro when it is finished and beautiful and to see how the family enjoys it. :

I had a fresh Copper River salmon steak and cooked it in a cast iron grill pan on the stove. Light, delicious and flavorful!!!!
