I prepared this salmon with the lime-butter but under the broiler in the oven. I was looking for an easy but new way to prepare salmon...this was a winner! I have to tell you I was getting a little burned out on my "same old" salmon prep. I will keep this one in the rotation. Not the healthiest of recipes when I think of a light salmon dinner, but it was so good I will go back to it again!

But not great.. very light. the key lime is a delicate flavor and doesnt really brighten the dish like i thought it would've.

This has become our favorite way to make salmon. We brush it with the butter and lime juice before it goes into a stovetop grill pan and drizzle it with butter & lime (that has been separated from the mixture the fishy brush was in, when we plate it. However, we zest the lime into the butter/juice mixture for an added jolt of lime flavor. It seems to stay very moist, so I grill extra for lunch the next day along with a green salad.

I am a new cook and this recipe was appealing to me bc it is quick and easy. I made it for my "foodie" friends at a dinner party I hosted and it was a hit. They all emailed me for the recipe the next day. I've made it several times and it comes out better on an actual grill (vs. a grill pan. Either way... it's the best salmon I have ever had. Thanks Paula!

Love this~ everyone enjoys a light flavorful healthy salmon.. I cheat in the winter with being winter and lightly broil.. and leave the limes in the dish.. just easy and yummy!

Salmon has always been frightening to have in the kitchen. And as much as I like to cook and eat....I always eat it out because the couple of times I have tried to cook it at home have been failures. I also have two teenagers that are rather picky eaters.
This salmon was easy and very flavorful. It was light and refreshing. I loved it... and my husband could not stop complimenting me on how good it was. My children asked for seconds. I served it with white rice and some steamed veggies. We ate it outside as sunset.
I will be making this recipe often....and sharing it with friends and family. It is an easy recipe to make in large amounts.

Easy to prepare, but not much flavor at all. Wasn't a big hit with the family either. I don't think I will try this again.

Yum! I made this 2 time .The 2nd time I used an orange, because I was out of Limes. It was just great both times. I served it with rice the 2nd time and added some" budda" and subeed 1/2 cup of th water for orange juice to cook it in. Turned out great

I ususally hate cooked fish. This recipe makes the salmon deliciously crispy and the sauce is full of flavor! I ate this dish for 4 days in a row. Yum!
