Wonderful. Once again, the Deen family has hit a home run!!! Every one of Paula's recipes I've ever made has been really good. This was superb!! I made this along with the Lemon Linguine as a side dish. I got "rave reviews." My family loved it! This is a definite repeat! Will serve it to company! (One thing I may change is to reduce the amount of butter/lime juice next time - I did not drizzle the butter/lime on the fish after I cooked it. Still, it was superb!

This dish tasted better than I expected. It was extremely simple to make. I didn't know how much flavor it would have considering there were only a few ingredients but it was very good.

Great twist with the lime... used cedar plank and prepared on the grill. Great variation for the Salmon. Party of 8 loved the taste!

I made this for my boyfriend & I since we're trying to incorporate more fish into our diet. This was so easy and so delicious! He took one bite and said that I have to make this again. So easy and so flavorful using simple, fresh ingredients - my kind of cooking!

My husband loves lime so this recipe definitely got his thumbs up. The lime and butter gave nice added flavor while not overpowering the salmon. I put some asparagus on the grill while cooking the fish. I served the salmon on a bed of jasmin rice with a little thyme added and drizzled the remainder of the lime butter over the salmon and the asparagus. It was a big hit. It was really hassle-free and would be great when having a few guests.

I've been in search for an easy and delicious recipe for fresh salmon and this recipe met all requirements! The only thing I did different was I asked my butcher to remove the skin from the salmon. I seasoned both sides with salt and pepper and applied the lime butter to both sides and actually basted it while cooking on the grill pan. We also served it over mashed potatoes and used a vidalia onion vinagrette as a dipping sauce. Will definitly add to our regular menu! Thanks!!
