This was surprisingly delicious! We love the flavor of beef the way its supposed to be cooked ( salt and pepper on the grill but this was a great new way to experience it. It really was a great combination of flavors that complimented each other in the best way. Thank you Paula!

WOW!!! The berries and blue cheese over a beautiful piece of meat are just sublime! Next time I will get larger cuts of BEEF! Although 9oz is great it just seemed to go to fast. My 4 year old even devoured an entire piece of beef and left her mac and cheese bake. Great job Paula!!!

Delicious! Absolutely added to the recipe book! If you are craving a decadent, sweet and savory dish, this one's a must MUST try! The left over berry glaze is pretty much like having homemade preserves - use on toast or waffles the next day. YUM!

You know. This is a wonderful thing. it dont hurt to try things for the first time. I bealive in triing everything at least once. in my thoughts of this i see where the berries might over whelm the buds alittle bit but, on the other hand i am also triing goats cheese and maybe a little feta, WHY NOT RIGHT, but yes a good steak is a good steak. evry tastbud is differant, and mine just crave the differant styles of food. i think it was nice from the same ole, same ole,. so i give it a 4 out of 5 star, because i like fruit and sweet, but i am the one that likes hony butter spread over my steak, thank paula, and kids for the berry sauce i will use it over and over again

I am making this entire meal for dinner tonight. I have the berry sauce on the stove. I tasted it and I just wanna eat that! It is amazing! I will set some aside to pour over ice cream.
My custards are cooling for dessert later.

Awful! I ruined two nice steaks by making this berry glaze to go on top of them. While the glaze itself is good, and the blue cheese goes nicely with it, it is terrible on top of a steak. I saw the show and made it to recipe, but it was AWFUL on top of steaks! Berries and steaks...not meant to go together. Like others have said, if I ever decide to make this glaze again, it would be much better on a pork loin or pork chop.

THIS SAUCE WITH THE BLUE CHEESE WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I EVEN MADE IT WITH SPLENDA INSTEAD OF SUGAR. BUT EVERYONE AGREED THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE SERVED WITH AN EXPENSIVE FILET MIGNON. IT JUST OVERWHELMS THE FLAVOR OF THE STEAK. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS AGAIN BUT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRYING IT WITH PORK OR CHICKEN.

This recipe was amazing! I didn't have the strawberries but it was still fabulous. I have a lot of leftover sauce and am going to grill a pork roast and use it for that too! This is a perfect entertaining recipe...spend the time socializing and not cooking...

Saw the show and thought we'd give this recipe a try. I didn't have an internet connection so I couldn't get the actual ingredients. We remembered most of it from the show ( or so we thought. We cooked down the berries with sugar and cornstarch. Served that over our steaks and then topped that with crumbled blue cheese. It was sooooo fabulous!!!!! Who would ever think to put a fruit topping on steak. But it works. Now that I see the actual recipe I will try it again and add the wine which I think will give it a fuller flavor than the one I made. Paula this one's a keeper!!
