Very delicious. We kicked it up a little bit by adding some cayenne pepper to the fish and it put a little kick in there! Top notch.

I added lemon pepper instead of lemon juice to the tar tar to give it a lemon with a kick taste. I also cleaned my fish with apple cider vinegar before the oil and added roasted herbs and garlic with the salt and pepper.

I just made this today, and I have to say I am most impressed. This is def a recipe where you don't need a lot to make a great meal! I did add some salt and pepper to the tarter sauce, and let it sit for about 3 hours. It was amazing!

I didn't make the Tilapia, I just needed the tartar sauce. It was sooooo good. I will never buy tartar sauce again.

My kids ate fish and it wasn't in stick form. This was delicious, the best fish sandwich that I have ever ate. I will be making this again soon. The tarter sauce was delicious and I used reduced fat mayo, you would never have known. Thank you Paula.

I had to have this po'boy after watching the show. I baked flounder with lemon instead of grilling tilapia, and it was awesome, but what really flavors this po'boy is the tartar sauce. It's so simple and so flavorful. I chopped up dill pickle instead of sweet pickle. We also threw on some avocado for that creamy sandwichy goodness.
