Wow- another great recipe from Paula!! My kids even loved this. Everything came out perfect, and my tuna was way better than eating at a restaurant and paying $25.00 a plate! I'm a BETTER chef!! Thanks Paula- love ya dear!!

One of my favorite recipes yet and I'm usually not a fan of Paulas. The salsa paired perfectly with the tuna, which did not need more then to be grilled a few minutes on each side. I used all fresh ingredients and threw in some red peppers into the salsa for a pop of color. Will definitely be making this recipe again and again, it was a great, healthy summer dinner on the grill.

This dish was both healthy and delicious! The only changes I made were: I put lemon juice and toasted sesame oil on the tuna before grilling it! It really adds toasted smoked flavor to the fish. Delicious! Try it! Also, I learned a great tip from Rachel Ray for the Chipolte in Adobo Sauce. Use as much as you want and put the rest of the can in a ziploc bag and freeze it. When you need a pepper, just pull out one. Also, if it is too hot, take the seeds out. The seeds have most of the heat.

Now this is a very delicious and a very healthy, repeat HEALTHY, dish. Noticed the word "healthy" all in capital letters. If you've watched Paula Deen's shows, then you know why. A standing ovation to Ms Paula! Thank you so much Paula for sharing this healthy recipe. Of some of Paula Deen's recipes I made, this is the only dish that didn't get wasted or dumped. The only thing that went to waste is a can of 7-oz Chipotle Chile in Adobo Sauce 'cuz it was too hot and spicy for me (I actually put 1/4 tsp. I will sure to make this healthy dish again and again but instead of the Chipotle Chile, I'll put some dash of Tobasco Sauce for some heat. Thanks again Ms Paula for this healthy dish!!!

I purchased a large piece of fresh tuna from Costco over the weekend and was looking for a simple recipe, and this seemed to fit the bill. My husband has always stated he isn't a fan of tuna, so I figured I just hadn't found the right combination of cooking technique and seasoning..... until now. The tuna was great, my husband had 3 servings and even commented that it reminded him of steak. It was the searing 3 minutes per side over the hot grill that seemed to be the technique I needed to prevent the tuna from being dry and fishy which had been his complaint in the past. Topped with the pineapple salsa, served with brown rice and asparagus and I had an easy but terrific meal on the table in 30 minutes. I didn't have minced chipotle chile in adobo sauce so I substituted with a tablespoon of hot wing sauce and a dash of Heinz 57. I only had canned pineapple and bottled lime juice, so that's what I used, and while I am sure having fresh ingredients and all of the ingredients as listed in the recipe would have been even better, this turned out great anyway.
