I saw your show on grillin pizza on a gas grill so I thought why not! I made my own pizza dough and prepared all my toppings. Putting the dough on the grill I thought would be difficult but not so much! Folded it in half and I pulled it back with my tongs. It baked up very quickly so don't walk away! After I flipped it over I topped it with my favorite veggies and cheese it was so delicious! It will be a favorite in this house!

Arugula is a type of lettuce/green, it is very peppery flavored, it is great on pizza especially with prosciutto. I like the idea of this recipe I can't wait to try it on the grill!

This surley does look good. but I'm not sure what Argula is. could someone tell me please. is it something like a parsely or bay leaf? or a vegie. and what section in the store would i look. thankyou someone. oh, and can you do the dough in the oven to brown instead of on the grill.

So good! This was my first time doing a homemade pizza on the grill, but it was easy and turned out delicious. The only thing I would change would be to mix the garlic with the olive oil instead of adding it after the cheese. Otherwise it was perfect.

Very tasty and easy to play with. You can add whatever you want, in any order. One word to another reviewer regarding TV straying from printed recipe: Sometimes it seems to me that the chefs are preparing the recipes without having actually done them in the past and they sometimes stray from the written recipe. Pauala once stated that she thought up a recipe the night before, but had never actually prepared the dish. I think this happens a lot. I see chefs correcting themselves frequently-watch closely! Still, they're way aahead of me!!!

Tried this recipe tonight on my new BBQ using the premade pizza dough from Trader Joe's. Worked like a charm.

Everyone must try this! It is also fun to add some meat and play around with your own toppings. I like to add basil as well.

why is the recipe here on-line too often not the same as the tv preparation? on the show, paula starts with the arugula and ends with the cheese. it's great both ways, but a very different taste and texture, as the first way, the arugula has a chance to wilt. altho i understand we can use our own wits and taste, it would be nice if "y'all" could get it together.
