I'd never even heard of Grits Pie until I watched it on Paula's show. This is a very different and flavorful alternative to a custard pie which was super easy to put together.
Thanx Paula for introducing us to this Southern dish which I will surely serve at the holidays.

I only made grits one time and it didn't seem so good to me. This pie was delicious. I'm glad I tried it and would recommend this to everyone. Thanks

When you say girts, you think of breakfast, but this pie is a nice not to sweet, marvalous texture, and topped with fruit with a good compliment. Will make this pie for many Thankgivings to come.

Has become a big hit in the family. I made this once for a function and now for every gathering my family and friends ask me to bring the Grits Pie. The grits in the custard give a great texture and in every bite I hear MMM.... Good... Thank You Paula Deen!!

I love grits my girls love grits but my husband hates grits won't eat them at all. I made this pie for my birthday dessert and he love it he even asked for a second piece right away. This will make a grit hater a total grit lover. Not only does it taste fantastic it only take a few minutes to get ready for the oven. paula has a true winner here.

OH Paula, this recipe was very easy and soooooo good. I made it for my husband when he come home on leave from Iraq and I ended up making 2 pies for him in just 5 days. The only bad thing was that here in Arkansas you can't get cooking grits. I had to borrow some from my GA girlfriend. I give this pie 5 stars for easy, fast, and YUMMY!!!
