I am always looking for a new recipe to use with fish. I'll be honest with the cheese and mayo I wasn't feeling it. But after looking at all the great reviews I decided I would give it a try. It was delicious my whole family loved it. I am definitely keeping this recipe for company.

Made this last night, it was wonderful. The fish came out juicy and flavorful. I did spread a little Panko breading on the top like some one else did and it came out yummy. I did have to turn the temp up a little to get the Panko to brown. Highly recommend. Thanks Paula

What a fabulous recipe. I did, however, cut the mayo in half and it was still divine. If your still on the fence, just try it! You'll be glad you did. My 1 and 3 year old loved it too.

This was an absolute treat. Paula you have outdone yourself. Used fresh caught Florida Grouper didn't make any substitutions and am happy I didn't. Thankfully I don't eat butter all the time but I just had to treat myself. So happy I did, magnificent!

We loved this recipe and it was so easy to make. I added a few panko breadcrumbs on top of the sauce at the end. The I broiled it a little to add color and crunch. I also used Old Bay instead of house seasoning since I was out and didn't feel like making it, which worked fine. Delicious!!

We really liked this recipe, it was easy to make- and was not as heavy as it looked. I was sure it was going to be to rich to enjoy, but it was just right. I served it over brown rice, with some steamed carrots and it was a hit. I did cut back a little on the salt, and it was great. I also had too much topping, and rather than blob the whole thing on, I covered the fillets and put the rest away. I could probably make it again tomorrow with the amount of cheese mixture I had leftover. I also only baked it 8 minutes then topped it with the cheese mixture and turned my oven to broil, and in an extra five minutes it was perfectly bubbly & brown & looked delicious! Fish was not overcooked. I would make this again. Be sure to make some rice or something to serve it, the sauce is too good to waste!
